Speak Out One of the CityCamp winners are looking for a film maker to skill up Speak Out Group Advocacy staff member and a small group of people with learning disabilities in using film to communicate messages around their experience of local services such as council services, the job centre, doctors, supermarkets and entertainment in Brighton and Hove.
